Class policy
air wondiana utilizes two classes — Business & Traveler. There’s no first class regulation in our company. This means Business and Traveler classes are treated as first class; they only differ in terms of peculiar services offered to the businessmen. Pricing or services are not differentiated.

Smoke-free Cabins
In introducing a no-smoking policy on all its flights, air wondiana is responding to the wishes of the vast majority of the customers. Good-quality air in the cabin is one of the highest priorities among airline passengers.

Most of air wondiana's partner airlines have also adopted a no-smoking policy throughout their short-haul networks and on many longer-haul routes -- all to offer customers an in-flight experience that is as pleasant as possible, and help them arrive at their destination relaxed and refreshed.
